The team's game schedule and live scoring are published through GameChanger and are available on the Schedule page. Scores update during games, so families and followers can watch a tournament they cannot attend in person.

Where the Money Goes
Colorado Whitecaps Baseball is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Contributions and sponsorships are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law, and every contribution receives a written acknowledgment for the donor's records.
Funds are applied to the direct costs of the season:
- Tournament entry fees for USSSA, Triple Crown, CABA, and Perfect Game events
- Umpire fees, field rental, and practice space
- Team equipment, including baseballs, catching gear, and training aids
- Uniforms
- Travel costs for out-of-state events
- Dues assistance for families for whom cost would otherwise end a season
No one on the coaching staff is paid. There are no facility fees and no salaries in the budget.
Ways to Give
Business sponsorship
Local businesses can sponsor the team for a season. Sponsors are recognized on team materials and on this website, and receive documentation for their records. Sponsorship levels can be set to what a business is comfortable with.
Individual donation
One-time gifts of any size are welcome and are applied the same way sponsorship dollars are.
Equipment donation
Usable youth baseball equipment is put back into service, either with the team or with players who need it. Bats, gloves, cleats, helmets, and catching gear are all useful.
Amazon Business
The organization maintains a tax-exempt nonprofit Amazon Business account, so purchases made through it stretch further than a retail purchase of the same item.

To sponsor the team, make a donation, or contribute equipment, email the team at info@coloradowhitecaps.org. Requests for the organization's IRS determination letter or a W-9 are answered the same day.
