Who We Are
Keep competitive baseball reachable for the families who want it, and teach the game well enough that the coaching is the reason players stay.
The Whitecaps are a youth travel baseball organization based in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. The current group is entering its sixth season together and carries a roster of 10 to 12 players at the 11U level.
The organization is independent. It is not affiliated with a training facility, it carries no facility overhead, and its coaches are unpaid volunteers. That structure is deliberate, because it is what lets the program hold its costs down.
Colorado Whitecaps Baseball is a Colorado nonprofit corporation with 501(c)(3) status through the IRS.

Where We Play
The Whitecaps compete in tournaments run by USSSA, Triple Crown Sports, CABA, and Perfect Game. Play is concentrated in the Denver metro area and along the Front Range, with a small number of out-of-state events each year, announced far enough ahead that families can plan and budget for them.
Practices follow a consistent cadence through the season: warm-ups, team throwing, baserunning, then position and hitting stations depending on the week's focus. Pitchers are managed against the pitch count and rest rules of the sanctioning organization for every event.
Schedule
The team's game schedule and live scoring are published through GameChanger and are available on the Schedule page. Scores update during games, so families and followers can watch a tournament they cannot attend in person.
